 Chinese new year celebrate in the month of january giving the time of chinese people to celebrate their new year. Filipinos celabrate chinese new year because of the country's significant Chinese diaspora and the profound influence of Chinese culture on Filipino traditions. The celebration is a manifestation of solidarity with the Chinese-Filipino community, who have been an integral part of Philippine society and  giving 2 times to the filipinos to celebrate new year. 


 Filipinos participate in chinese new year festival, which include dragon and lion dances, fireworks, and family gatherings.

Filipinos also  give red envelopes with money to children, eating traditional Chinese foods like tikoy, and decorating homes with red decorations like what chinese does. This celebration is also an opportunity for Filipinos to express their appreciation for the contributions of Chinese-Filipinos to the country's economy, culture, and society. In fact, Chinese-Filipinos make up a significant portion of the Philippines' population and have played a vital role in shaping the country's history and identity


In conclusion, Filipinos celebrate Chinese new year because We adapt to their culture, paying respect to their culture doesn’t hurt my dignity as a Filipino but it gives me opportunites to know what’s their tradition and culture.

  People's lives were split into two: the indigenous communities residing in the high mountains and those living in the lowlands who experience more modernization. Individuals mistreat Indigenous people due to their appearances and mannerisms, yet all they desire is to live as they wish. Despite all of the difficulties they encounter, they still wish to preserve the cultural heritage passed down from their ancestors.  Those native individuals assist us not only in surviving but their shared knowledge greatly aids us. Indigenous individuals are human beings too; despite our differences, we all share humanity, so treating indigenous people poorly is also a violation of human rights.   In this regard, honor the indigenous people by not just the name but who really they’re, we must make a world where everyone feel comfortable and equality is what we need.

I learned also that Arpanet was made to counter the Ussr. The knowledge I acquired during this quarter fills a gap and will undoubtedly be beneficial for my future. Adapting to the new lessons under the Matatag Curriculum was challenging, primarily due to the limited time available. The 45-minute duration for each subject proved insufficient for fully explaining the  lessons, often resulting in unfinished material being assigned as homework. As a student I hope the school schedule will back to 1 hour per subject so i can easily understand the lessons.  Time management is my friend with this challenge.
